WABI is a stunning Japanese restaurant run by Head Chef Scott Hallsworth in the heart of Sussex.

The restaurant has already been awarded two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence and been listed in Restaurant magazines top 100 UK restaurants for 2010. They are now looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join their successful brigade.

As Chef De Partie you will be expected to show passion and willingness to learn whilst supporting the Head and Sous Chef.

Requirements

Must have great kitchen skills and be able to monitor/produce quality food in high volumes and standards

Candidates must hold a current certificate in Basic Food Preparation, Health and Hygiene or higher
