Description

An enthusiastic and ambitious Chef de Partie is required at The Terraces in Brighton.

Working as a Chef de Partie at Terraces Bar and Grill allows you to use and develop your professional skills in fun and adventurous surroundings. You’ll be responsible producing dishes from raw ingridients and preparing quality meals and buffets for functions.

You will be helping to produce dishes from The Terraces' exciting menu.

Requirements

NVQ level three.
Able to work all kitchen sections.
A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
