The Jolly Sportsman is searching for an enthusiastic and ambitious Chef De Partie or experienced commis to join their team.

If you are passionate about good produce and great quality food then you will fit in well in their idyllic Sussex property which is located just 25 minutes outside of Brighton.

The team are looking for someone who is willing to work effectively within a successful brigade, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Experience and enthusiasm.
