Club Hotel Edelweiss is a friendly family-run hotel in the heart of the SkiWelt – Austria’s largest interconnected ski area. The hotel has 16 guest bedrooms and a luxury guest apartment, and the restaurant and bar are open to hotel guests and non-residents. We also offer an optional evening entertainment programme and the hotel is non-smoking. As a club hotel, we specialize in creating a friendly, fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
Working as part of a small team, you’ll prepare quality, wholesome, three-course meals for around 40 guests six evenings per week. In addition you will need to be able to respond to a limited number of non-resident restaurant bookings.
Responsibilities include preparation of food and cooking single handedly, menu planning, food stock control, a small amount of kitchen cleaning and responsibility for compliance with kitchen hygiene and safety regulations. |

Experience is essential for this role and high quality cooking skills are expected. We would expect the successful applicant to have a professional cooking qualification.
Applicants should be a confident, professional non-smoker, who is relaxed in the kitchen and able to communicate well with staff and guests.
You must hold an EU passport. You should also have good communication skills, a friendly personality and be physically fit. |
